Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 9400 Ventures LLC ("Peptide Max," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Peptide Max iOS app (the "App") and our website at usepeptidemax.app. By using the App or the website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Plain-Language Summary

  • Peptide Max is a research and educational companion for peptide users. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
  • Your peptide tracking data — compounds, inventory, dose calculations, schedules, injection sites, check-ins, and notes — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not store this tracking data on our servers.
  • The App uses a small number of third-party services for subscriptions (Apple, Adapty), product analytics (PostHog), and advertising attribution (Meta). These services collect limited technical, usage, purchase, and device information as described below.
  • Our website uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Resend to manage the email waitlist.
  • We do not sell your health information.
  • You can remove all locally stored data by deleting the App, and you can contact us with any privacy request at team@usepeptidemax.app.
  • This summary is for convenience only. The full Privacy Policy below controls.

2. Who We Are

Peptide Max is operated by 9400 Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at team@usepeptidemax.app.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Peptide Max provides tracking, organization, and educational features only. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, pharmacy, or substitute for professional medical advice. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or dosing instructions. Any information in the App, including calculations, estimates, reminders, and tracking insights, is for informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

4. Your Data Stays on Your Device

The information you enter into the App to manage your protocol — including peptide and compound names, inventory and vial details, reconstitution and dose calculations, dose logs and schedules, injection sites, daily check-ins (such as energy, sleep, and mood), notes, reminders, streaks, and similar entries — is stored locally on your device.

We do not require an account, and we do not transmit or store this tracking data on our servers. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed with it. You are responsible for any device backups you enable (for example, encrypted iCloud or Finder/iTunes device backups), which are managed by Apple under Apple's terms and settings, not ours.

5. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Although your tracking data stays on your device, the App and website use a small set of third-party services that collect limited information:

Subscriptions (Apple and Adapty)

Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and managed with Adapty. We and these providers may receive subscription and entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal status, purchase metadata, and a device or installation identifier. We do not receive your full payment card information; Apple processes payment.

Product Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how the App is used and to improve it. PostHog may collect app usage events, feature interactions, session information, app version, device type, operating system, and similar technical and diagnostic data, along with device or installation identifiers. We aim to limit analytics to app-usage and technical data, and we do not intend to send your peptide names, dose logs, check-in values, injection sites, or notes to PostHog.

Advertising Attribution (Meta)

We use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how users discover Peptide Max. The Meta SDK may collect device and installation identifiers, advertising identifiers, install and app-event data, and attribution information, and may share this information with Meta for measurement and advertising purposes.

On iOS, where required, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before engaging in tracking that is subject to it. You can decline tracking, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier, in your device settings.

Website (Vercel and Resend)

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which provides web analytics such as aggregate page views and basic technical data. If you join our waitlist, we use Resend to store and manage the email address you provide so that we can notify you about the launch.

Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Information

Our service providers may process basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash and performance data, and network metadata (including IP address) for routing, security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and website
  • Process and manage subscriptions and entitlements
  • Understand usage, improve features, and fix problems
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Communicate with you, including waitlist and support messages
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

7. How We Share Information

We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy. We work with the following service providers:

  • Apple App Store — iOS billing and subscriptions (subscription and purchase data).
  • Adapty — subscription management and analytics (subscription status, purchase metadata, device identifiers).
  • PostHog — product analytics (app usage events, device and technical data).
  • Meta — advertising attribution and measurement (device and advertising identifiers, install and attribution events).
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics (aggregate web usage and technical data).
  • Resend — waitlist email management (the email address you provide).

Each service provider is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or where we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Peptide Max, our users, or others. If 9400 Ventures LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy. We may also share information when you direct us to.

8. Advertising, Attribution, and Your Choices

We use the Meta SDK for advertising attribution as described above. We do not sell your health information or the tracking data stored on your device. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of certain "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can:

  • Decline tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt;
  • Limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your iOS settings;
  • Contact us to make a request.

9. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your health information or the tracking data stored on your device.
  • We do not store your peptide tracking data on our servers.
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or dosing instructions.
  • The App does not include AI features that process your data.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Your on-device tracking data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or delete the App itself. Information held by our third-party providers — such as subscription records and analytics — is retained according to our and their respective retention practices and legal requirements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely. To make a deletion or other request relating to data held by our providers, contact us at team@usepeptidemax.app.

11. Security

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable. Because most of your tracking data lives only on your device, you can access and delete it directly in the App or by deleting the App. For information held by our providers, contact us at team@usepeptidemax.app.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states may have additional rights under applicable state law, including rights related to access, deletion, correction, and opting out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Washington's My Health My Data Act may provide additional rights regarding consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

International Users (EEA and UK)

Peptide Max is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where a legal basis is required (for example, in the EEA or UK), we rely on performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not use traditional website cookies. Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

14. Age Requirement

Peptide Max is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it as required by law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of Peptide Max after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
